Production Weekender – Part-time Weekend Shift

About the role

Production Weekenders are a vital part of the Supply organization at Anheuser‑Busch, operating high‑speed automated equipment to meet weekend production targets. The role focuses on safety, quality, and volume while working on weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain plant safety standards.
• Perform process quality control checks.
• Use Six Sigma lean manufacturing processes.
• Load supplies into machinery.
• Record process data.
• Perform minor maintenance.
• Industrial cleaning and sanitation.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and bending.
• Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.
• Must be able to work varying shifts on weekends and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnights).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Six Sigma lean manufacturing methodology.
