Production Systems Specialist

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as a Production Systems Specialist, where you will service and enhance printing equipment for clients, support cyber‑security and cloud data functionality, and contribute to managed print, IT and automation services. Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta printing equipment, including diagnostics, break/fix, installation and hardware removal.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues for production machinery.
• Use and maintain a variety of tools and gauges to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Travel to customer sites within an assigned territory, manage inventory and keep customers informed about scheduling.
• Develop professional relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Log service visits and update client accounts in the Konica Minolta system.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience servicing or repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
• Familiarity with IT networks is a plus.
