Production Planner

About the role

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a Production Planner to join its manufacturing team in Pineville. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow by planning, monitoring, and adjusting schedules while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control production orders in SAP/R3 from release to completion.
• Coordinate material availability with procurement, warehouse, and production teams.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to prevent bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate material master data and ensure data quality.
• Serve as the primary interface between sales, procurement, and production.
• Analyze capacity and workloads for daily scheduling and long‑term planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production planning processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work proactively and communicate effectively across departments.
