Production Manager – Luxury Apparel

About the role

Fleur du Mal is seeking a Production Manager to lead the end‑to‑end manufacturing of its luxury lingerie and ready‑to‑wear collections. Based in New York, you will work closely with design, technical design, sales and logistics teams as well as overseas factories to deliver high‑quality products on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication between Design, Sales, Technical Design, Logistics, agents and overseas factories.
• Own and update Production Tracking Reports (PTR) and Work‑In‑Progress (WIP) reports, flagging risks and driving recovery plans.
• Support cost breakdowns, margin management, FOB tracking, yields and chargebacks.
• Manage all testing and compliance activities, ensuring documentation is audit‑ready.
• Track and follow up on all sample deliverables (proto, fit, PP, TOP, salesman samples).
• Prepare for meetings and fittings, capture notes and distribute action items.
• Maintain complete product files, including approvals, orders, PTRs, test reports and tech packs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fashion/apparel production across multiple categories.
• Background in sourcing and factory/vendor management.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, costing and margin analysis.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
