Production Coordinator

About the role

Tarte Cosmetics is looking for a motivated Production Coordinator to support product launches and replenishment operations. This early‑career position offers hands‑on experience in production planning, inventory reconciliation, and supply‑chain coordination within a fast‑paced beauty environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and reconcile monthly supplier inventory reports to maintain accurate production data.
• Create, post, and close out shipments and production orders.
• Track production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of finished goods.
• Generate and maintain purchase orders aligned with launch and replenishment forecasts.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm details, resolve delays, and escalate issues.
• Partner with internal planning, logistics, and product development teams to execute launches.
• Utilize the ERP system for transaction management, receipts, and reporting.
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and driving continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support logistics coordination to meet timelines cost‑effectively.
• Maintain organized production records, samples, and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience in production, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
