Production Associate, Creative Services

About the role

The Production Associate works closely with the Content Manager and Photo & Video Producer to oversee all photo and video production requests from internal teams such as Marketing, PR, Digital Marketing and Visual Merchandising. The role ensures merchandise for shoots is secured, tracked, and delivered efficiently while providing production and creative support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate merchandise with Marketing and Merchandise Planning, maintaining control from vault to shoot and back.
• Act as liaison between Creative and Marketing teams, communicating product availability and updates.
• Support the Photo & Video Producer by generating shot lists, establishing naming conventions, organizing props, and reconciling invoices.
• Manage post‑production tasks including retouching releases, file backup, and coordination with designers and senior production staff.
• Oversee image asset management on the Content Platform, ensuring proper metadata, naming conventions, and folder structures.
• Provide administrative assistance, maintain supplies, and assist with vendor portfolio tracking.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating merchandise for photo and video shoots.
• Ability to liaise between Creative, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
• Proficiency in generating shot lists and managing naming conventions and metadata standards.
• Capability to handle post‑production releases and asset organization.
