Product & Segment Marketing Manager – Real Estate

About the role

SeekNow is building the next generation of property intelligence and needs a Product & Segment Marketing Manager to own the go‑to‑market strategy for emerging real‑estate verticals such as Single‑Family Rentals, Build‑to‑Rent, and Commercial properties. You will work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to define value propositions, launch pilots and scale successful programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute fast, test‑and‑learn GTM plans for new real‑estate products.
• Research market opportunities, create buyer personas and translate product capabilities into differentiated messaging.
• Partner with Sales and Demand Generation to pilot campaigns, analyze results and scale winning tactics.
• Produce content – landing pages, case studies, webinars, sales decks – to support early‑stage growth.
• Track pilot performance, pipeline metrics and provide executive visibility into results.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in PropTech, real‑estate or SaaS.
• Proven track record launching new products or entering emerging markets.
• Strong storytelling ability to communicate value to executive and operational buyers.
• Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
