Product Marketing Manager – Sales Enablement

About the role

Serval is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to build and scale its sales enablement engine. The role sits directly on the critical path of revenue generation, helping Account Executives ramp faster, deliver stronger demos, and communicate Serval’s AI‑driven value in enterprise sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale the sales enablement program, including onboarding curriculum, demo certification, objection handling, and competitive education.
• Create high‑impact content such as one‑pagers and cheatsheets, then turn the best assets into reusable templates and repeatable systems.
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear messaging, sales narratives, and customer‑facing value propositions for rapid internalization by AEs.
• Partner with Engineering and Sales leadership to convert every release note into draft enablement within days.
• Prototype and own an AI‑powered enablement engine that drafts cheatsheets, certification scripts, and training modules from product specs and Gong insights.

Required profile

• Product marketer with high technical aptitude and a track record of close collaboration with Sales in B2B technology.
• Strong public‑speaking skills and comfort presenting to large groups of Account Executives.
• Ability to distill complex ideas into concise one‑page cheatsheets without losing essential meaning.
• Fast learner who thrives in a high‑velocity environment where new features ship frequently.
