About the role
Join TikTok’s Brand Innovation team as a Global Product Marketing Manager. You will shape the go‑to‑market strategy for TikTok’s flagship branding products, driving adoption across the For You Feed, TopView, and TikTok Pulse.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for TikTok’s branding solutions portfolio.
- Translate product capabilities, performance insights, and measurement data into compelling narratives for advertisers and sales teams.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to gather market feedback and influence product positioning and roadmap.
- Create sales enablement materials and programs that accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global strategies for local markets and ensure strong in‑market execution.
- Stay abreast of emerging TikTok advertising and measurement products and leverage them to meet customer goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related field.
- Experience in digital advertising or media, with a solid understanding of branding and advertising solutions.
- Strong analytical ability to turn data into clear, actionable narratives.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience working cross‑functionally in global or regional environments.
