Product Marketing Lead, GTM Strategy – Claude for Knowledge Work

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own the go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy and integrated growth motion for Claude for Knowledge Work. You will shape the story, reach the right personas, and drive activation programs that turn first‑time users into habitual collaborators with AI.

Key responsibilities

• Define marketing and growth strategy segment by segment, creating prioritized plans for each priority segment or function.
• Set content direction for Claude for Knowledge Work, shaping flagship narrative content and aligning with core product messaging.
• Turn activation into a flywheel inside enterprise accounts by identifying champions, coordinating workshops/webinars, and running lifecycle programs for multiple personas.
• Own flagship acquisition and activation campaigns, such as the “Hand off your tasks to Claude” integrated program, selecting appropriate channels and activations.
• Inform digital, social, and field motions, shaping the Knowledge Work digital and social strategy.

Required profile

• Experience owning end‑to‑end awareness‑to‑success marketing motions for a product line.
• Proven ability to translate product truth into compelling content and campaigns that resonate with diverse segments and personas.
• Strong background in GTM‑oriented product marketing, messaging, and narrative development.
• Track record of coordinating cross‑functional teams across demand generation, growth, brand, events, field marketing, and success.
