Product Manager – Technical II

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Technical Product Manager II to join its Switching Solutions team. In this role you will bridge business needs and technology, shaping the roadmap for core transaction processing systems that power millions of payments worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers, product teams, and stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet user expectations and operational goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Drive end‑to‑end product delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, Agile execution, testing, implementation, and post‑production monitoring.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to align with delivery targets.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and stakeholder discussions to achieve consensus and alignment.

Required profile

• Strong product thinking with solid business acumen.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments in a matrixed organization.
• Experience influencing decisions and navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
