Product Manager – Permissions & Delegation

About the role

Semperis is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the Permissions & Delegation Hygiene (Least‑Privilege Enforcement) area. You will shape a flagship product that uses graph analytics and AI‑assisted workflows to help enterprises understand and control who can do what across hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for permissions and delegation hygiene, leveraging graph and AI.
• Engage deeply with customers (CISOs, identity architects, AD/Entra/Okta owners) to translate workflows into product priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to create end‑to‑end experiences for privilege review, remediation, and explainable AI assistance.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on positioning, messaging, demos, and launches.
• Work with data/AI teams to define AI‑powered capabilities such as risk scoring, recommendations, and automation while ensuring safety and transparency.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis in identity security, IAM/IGA, PAM, and AI‑driven governance.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and post‑launch iteration.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver technology solutions in complex B2B environments.
• Product management experience in security, identity, or infrastructure domains.
• Domain expertise in identity security posture, IAM/IGA, privileged access management, or delegation/role management.
• Familiarity with non‑human identities and AI‑driven workloads (service principals, managed identities, API keys, agentic AI).
• Experience working closely with senior engineers and architects, including hands‑on prototyping with generative AI tools.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making and excellent communication skills.
