Product Manager, Business Technology

About the role

Anthropic is building an internal collaboration platform that becomes the central hub for cross‑functional work and Claude‑agent interaction. As the first dedicated Product Manager, you will own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for a company‑wide tool that also showcases Anthropic’s AI‑native capabilities to external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and a 3‑6 month strategy for the internal collaboration platform, aligning leadership across Security, Engineering, Research and G&A.
• Own company‑wide adoption, engagement and satisfaction metrics, set targets, instrument tracking and drive outcomes.
• Lead a dedicated engineering team from discovery through launch, write specs, maintain high velocity and quality standards.
• Drive integration of Claude agents and connect the platform with Slack, Google Workspace and other internal tools.
• Make safety, privacy and data‑handling decisions for a system that touches company‑wide information.

Required profile

• Proven record of delivering company‑wide outcomes on platform or productivity products with clear attribution.
• Ability to create clarity in chaotic environments and prioritize ruthlessly against high demand.
• Experience navigating safety, privacy and data trade‑offs in frontier AI contexts.
• Leadership that elevates product‑management craft across the organization and mentors cross‑functional partners.

Required skills

• Claude (frontier AI model) integration experience.
• Collaboration platform development and integration with Slack.
• Google Workspace integration experience.
