Primary Care Concierge Physician

About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join its Concierge Health program in Covington, Louisiana. The physician will provide high‑quality, attentive primary care while creatively incorporating prevention and wellness into every visit. The ideal candidate is passionate about building lasting patient relationships and delivering an unparalleled experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create customized care and comprehensive wellness plans for each patient.
• Manage a limited patient panel, allowing more time for individualized care and specialized plan development.
• Share call rotation with two other Concierge Health providers and provide year‑round one‑on‑one support.
• Facilitate referrals, second opinions, and specialized care as needed.
• Incorporate preventive strategies and wellness initiatives into routine visits.
• Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for efficient patient management.

Required profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for active Louisiana medical licensure.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
• Integrative Medicine training is encouraged.
