Plumber Apprentice – Full‑time Entry‑Level Position

About the role

Kennedy Mechanical, a well‑established company in Rochester, NY, is hiring multiple Plumber Apprentices. The role provides on‑the‑job training, a Monday‑Friday day shift, and a clear path for long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist commercial plumbers with installation of plumbing systems.
• Work individually and as part of a crew.
• Utilize hand tools to install fixtures, faucets, water heaters, pump systems, valves, and various piping systems.
• Perform site clean‑up as needed.

Required profile

• Basic hand tool knowledge.
• Self‑motivated and mechanically inclined.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift, pull, carry, push up to 50 lb, dig, climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
