Pick/Pack Associate – Parcel Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Pick/Pack Associate to accurately prepare customer orders for parcel and LTL shipments at our West Memphis facility. The role involves selecting items using pick‑to‑light or RF terminals, packing them securely, and ensuring all shipments meet our quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack products using pick‑to‑light modules or RF terminals.
• Perform a 4‑eye check to verify order accuracy and quantities.
• Pack items into boxes or onto pallets, over‑box as needed, and shrink‑wrap to prevent damage.
• Label and manifest shipments correctly for parcel and LTL delivery.
• Square/cube pallets to maximize space utilization.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to supervision.
• Follow company SOPs, safety policies, 6S and BPS practices, and meet production metrics.
• Participate in cross‑training, safety meetings, and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math and counting accurately.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lb regularly and up to 100 lb with assistance.
• Attendance and punctuality.

Required skills

• Pick‑to‑light system operation.
• RF terminal usage.
• Basic measurement and calculation for order verification.
• Knowledge of packaging materials and methods (including rigging preferred).
