Physician Relations Specialist – Remote

About the role

Join PracticeMatch as a remote Physician Relations Specialist, conducting phone interviews with graduating residents and fellows to gather recruitment data that healthcare organizations need. You will serve as a key liaison between physicians and PracticeMatch’s career resources.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone interviews with physicians to capture personal contact information and future practice preferences.
• Place 80‑100 calls daily, meeting set quotas for call attempts and completed interviews.
• Engage residents and fellows on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Provide physicians with information about PracticeMatch’s career resources and respond to inbound inquiries from physicians, hospitals, and administrators.
• Enter collected data accurately into internal systems.

Required profile

• Excellent listening and professional phone communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, assertive, and able to work independently to achieve daily targets.
• Experience using LinkedIn and a sales‑oriented approach to gate‑keepers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in market research, sales, or customer support is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail.
