Physician Navigator (Full-Time Days)

About the role

The Physician Navigator supports referral development and physician relationships for PAM Health in a designated market. This full‑time, on‑site position involves regular outreach to physician offices and participation in community health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage physician referral relationships within a specific market.
• Conduct physician office calls and networking activities.
• Participate in professional healthcare organizations and community events such as health fairs, screenings, and runs/walks.
• Promote awareness of PAM Health programs and services.

Required profile

• License in nursing, therapy, social work, or significant healthcare marketing experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare sales or marketing.
• Prior experience calling on physicians is preferred.
• Computer literate with willingness to learn PAM Health’s information system software.
