Physician - Musculoskeletal Radiologist

About the role

The Musculoskeletal Radiologist provides high‑quality diagnostic imaging interpretation and consultation for diseases and injuries of bones, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and soft tissues, collaborating closely with orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, rheumatology and other specialties.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret musculoskeletal imaging studies including X‑ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound and deliver timely, accurate reports.
• Perform image‑guided procedures such as joint aspirations, injections, biopsies and radiofrequency ablations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences, peer‑review, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Educate residents, fellows and allied health professionals and support clinical research activities.

Required profile

• MD or DO with an accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency and Musculoskeletal Imaging fellowship.
• Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology and eligible for unrestricted medical licensure and hospital privileges.
• DEA registration if procedural practice requires.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MRI, CT, ultrasound and radiography interpretation.
• Experience with image‑guided musculoskeletal procedures (aspirations, injections, biopsies, ablations).
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled imaging workflow tools.
