Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Full‑Time) with $25K Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking a full‑time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join its Therapy Services team in Kingman, Arizona. The position includes a $25,000 sign‑on bonus and a $4,000 relocation bonus for eligible new hires, and is open to new graduates and graduating students.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care with functional goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, monitor patient response, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient progress, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with KHI, state board, and Medicare regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings, marketing activities, and assist with orientation of new staff and student programs.

Required profile

• Graduate of an APTA‑approved four‑year bachelor’s degree program (or foreign equivalent).
• Current Arizona Physical Therapy license.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Recent experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
