About the role

Infosys is seeking a Performance Test Consultant to join its SURE unit in Rosemead, CA. The role focuses on designing, executing, and maintaining performance testing solutions for clients in the services, utilities, energy and resources sectors, leveraging AI‑driven digital technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements related to performance testing.
• Lead design discussions for test architectures and capture design decisions.
• Develop, execute, and maintain JMeter and LoadRunner test scripts, ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage test repositories, and integrate new features.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes, and uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for new applications.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain comprehensive records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
