Per Diem Occupational Therapist – $65/hr

About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join its Therapy Services Team, providing both outpatient and inpatient care. This role supports the hospital’s vision of delivering high‑quality, compassionate health services in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care with functional goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, monitor patient response, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient progress, ensure accurate billing, and meet regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and families to support goal achievement and maintain a clean, safe treatment environment.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Arizona OT license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Recent experience working with adult and geriatric populations.

Required skills

• Occupational therapy assessment and evaluation.
• Treatment planning and therapeutic intervention delivery.
