People Partner, Sales

About the role

The People Partner, Sales will serve as a key resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will help shape the people strategy for our fast‑growing sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Employee Relations – advise managers and staff on HR policies, address conflicts and promote a collaborative culture.
• HR Administration – manage HR systems, maintain accurate records, oversee benefits enrollment and generate reports.
• Employee Onboarding – ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to new‑hire start date.
• HR Policy Implementation – develop, roll out and monitor policies that align with legal requirements and company values.
• Employee Engagement – design programs that boost satisfaction and encourage transparent communication.
• Organizational design – structure teams for efficiency, define roles, and align talent with business strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in human resources or people operations, preferably supporting sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement and strategic impact.
• Experience partnering with engineering, product or other technical teams.
