About the role

The Patient Services Liaison supports the SUSL Surgery Clinic by coordinating patient interactions and ensuring smooth communication between patients and clinical teams. This is a day‑shift, regular position within the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences health system.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient services support within the SUSL Surgery Clinic.
• Assist patients with scheduling, information requests, and navigation of clinic processes.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Open to current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants.
• Must have legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
