About the role
The Patient Services Associate works in the BHSL Adult Inpatient Unit at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, providing front‑line support to patients, families, and clinical teams during the day shift.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients and families with admissions, information, and coordination of care within the adult inpatient unit.
- Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries and help facilitate smooth unit operations.
- Collaborate with nursing and other clinical staff to ensure timely delivery of services.
Required profile
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
- Ability to work the day shift in an onsite hospital environment.
