About the role

• Assist patients with administrative tasks, including form completion and guidance on billing or insurance inquiries.

• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Perform various administrative duties to support clinic operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare administration, patient services, or a similar role.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Discretion in handling sensitive information.
