Passenger Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for energetic individuals to join our team as Passenger Service Agents at Balearia Caribbean Ferry. You will be the first point of contact for passengers boarding our ferries from Port Everglades, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in passengers with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Complete all paperwork and computer entries related to boarding.
• Enter passenger information accurately into the ticketing reservation system.
• Assist passengers with reservations, ticketing, and itinerary adjustments.
• Make announcements and keep passengers informed of important information.
• Coordinate with internal resources to process passenger data efficiently.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
