About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in marketing and commercial operations within a leading animal‑health company. You will support cross‑functional teams, interact with suppliers and external agencies, and contribute to the planning and execution of corporate events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing purchase orders, invoices and supplier payment tracking.
• Update and maintain supplier information, contracts and related documentation.
• Handle internal support tickets and follow‑up on requests.
• Review and publish promotional materials in line with corporate guidelines.
• Coordinate external agencies for marketing and communication deliverables.
• Support the organization and execution of corporate events, including documentation for approvals and closure.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Technical and Regulatory teams on communication and promotion projects.

Required profile

• Active undergraduate student in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• At least 50% of the degree completed.
• Strong interest in marketing, events, administrative processes and supplier management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
• Team‑player with good communication across departments.
• Intermediate English proficiency (desired).
