Part‑time Spanish Instructor – On‑site

About the role

Berlitz is seeking a passionate Spanish Instructor to deliver high‑quality language lessons to private and group learners at its New York Learning Center. This part‑time, on‑site position reports to the Service Delivery Manager and Academic Specialist and supports students in achieving their communication goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Spanish lessons following Berlitz teaching principles and focusing on student goals.
• Conduct level assessments and needs analyses as assigned.
• Teach private and group classes both in‑center and at offsite locations.
• Maintain accurate pedagogical and attendance records for each student.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions with the Academic Specialist.
• Complete required training modules on the Berlitz Learning platform.

Required profile

• Demonstrated commitment to quality language instruction.
• Experience teaching Spanish to diverse age groups.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the academic team.
• Strong organizational skills for record‑keeping and reporting.
