About the role

The College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University seeks a part‑time, non‑tenure‑track lecturer to teach Analytics courses on the Miami campus. The role supports the Master of Professional Studies in Analytics program, delivering experiential learning to working professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate analytics courses, both on‑site and online.
  • Develop curriculum and instructional materials covering probability, statistics, data exploration, visualization, database management, predictive analytics, and risk management.
  • Engage with a diverse, global student population and support their professional development.

Required profile

  • Master’s degree in an analytics‑related discipline with industry experience; PhD preferred.
  • Demonstrated teaching, coaching, or training experience at the graduate level.
  • Ability to maintain valid U.S. work authorization without university sponsorship.
