Part‑Time House Manager for Busy Family

About the role

We are seeking a reliable part‑time house manager to keep our active household running smoothly. The role supports family routines, maintains the home, and ensures privacy and discretion at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Family support tasks such as school pickups, light supervision, and occasional date‑night coverage.
• Household organization, maintenance and seasonal swaps, including coordinating donations and small repairs.
• Meal support including preparing 2‑3 dinners per week, grocery shopping and kitchen cleanup.
• Laundry, inventory management, deep‑cleaning projects and pet care.
• Administrative duties like managing the family calendar and liaising with contractors.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the United States and reliable personal transportation.
• Strong commitment to privacy, willing to sign an NDA and avoid any social‑media exposure of the family.
• Self‑starter who works independently, takes initiative and adapts to a dynamic household schedule.
• Comfortable with occasional flexibility for date‑night coverage and after‑school errands.

Required skills

• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Experience in nannying, hospitality or administrative roles transferable to house management.
• Ability to manage household inventories, place online orders and handle basic home‑maintenance tasks.

What we offer

• Hourly pay $28–$32 based on experience.
• 15–20 hours per week, 4–5 days with daytime schedule ending around 4‑5 PM.
• Gas expenses covered via family‑provided card.
• Flexible occasional date‑night coverage.
