Part‑Time Faculty – Human Resource Management (Remote)

About the role

University of Arkansas Grantham is seeking a part‑time faculty member to teach Human Resource Management courses in a fully remote capacity. The position supports online instruction for up to 70 students per term and reports to the Faculty Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver eight‑week online HR Management courses using the Blackboard learning platform.
• Develop course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with program objectives.
• Provide timely feedback and support to students throughout the term.
• Maintain communication with the Faculty Manager and adhere to scheduling of monthly or quarterly course offerings.

Required profile

• Eligible to live and work full‑time in one of the specified U.S. states.
• Experience in teaching or delivering instruction in Human Resource Management.
• Ability to manage a remote classroom and engage a diverse student cohort.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Blackboard Learning Management System.
