About the role
The East Union High School is seeking a part‑time Clerical Assistant to work 4 hours per day, Monday‑Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The role supports daily office operations and requires submission of a resume, one professional letter of recommendation, and a current typing certificate (45 net WPM). Preference will be given to internal candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties for East Union High School, including typing, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with office organization during the designated shift.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous clerical experience is desirable.
- Typing certificate showing 45 net words per minute, issued within the last two years.
- Pre‑employment requirements: TB clearance, Department of Justice fingerprint clearance, and letters of recommendation.
Required skills
- Typing speed of at least 45 net WPM.
