Part Time Teller – Taunton‑Broadway Branch

About the role

Join Santander’s Taunton‑Broadway branch as a Part‑Time Teller and become the first point of contact for customers. You will deliver fast, accurate service while supporting the branch’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times and assist with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance and risk‑management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer appropriate product solutions.
• Educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
• Support custodial duties, audits and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist nearby branches when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 months cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months demonstrated customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow directions, policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
