Part-Time Store Supervisor – Retail

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is a historic retailer that continues to innovate in fashion and sustainability. As a Part‑Time Supervisor you will be an integral member of the store management team, helping to drive brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth at the Outlets of Lake Elsinore.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to grow revenue.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing effective leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Compliance with all Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
