Part-Time Store Colleague

About the role

This part-time Store Colleague position is based in Winston-Salem and offers a fast-paced retail environment where you will deliver a positive customer experience every day. You will play an active role on the shop floor, helping customers feel valued and supported while keeping the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers confidently, provide support and product information, and recommend suitable products to help achieve team sales objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation, keeping fixtures, displays and stock areas clean and organised.
• Replenish stock and display products correctly in line with company standards.
• Complete operational tasks such as processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Support additional duties as reasonably required.
