Part-Time Shift Leader

About the role

A Taco Bell franchise in Jackson, Tennessee is hiring a part-time Shift Leader. The franchisee is the employer, not Taco Bell Corp., and sets its own wage and benefit programs. The Shift Leader supports the restaurant general manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient way, taking ownership of problems and helping and guiding other team members.

Key responsibilities

• Run shifts in a self-sufficient manner while supporting the restaurant general manager
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seeking help when appropriate
• Provide help and guidance to other team members

Required profile

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility
• At least 18 years old
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 80% of shift time
• Reliable transportation
• Background checks are run on all management employees
