Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and delivery personnel by following site-specific access-control procedures, policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor and contractor sign-in processes and keep accurate access records.
• Deter unauthorized access by watching activity at access points, reporting suspicious conditions and escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and critical situations, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Carry out regular and random patrols of entry areas, employee parking and the facility perimeter.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and a drug screen to the extent permitted by law; licensing may be required depending on state and local law.
• A valid driver's license is required only for driving positions.
