Part-Time Retail Supervisor – Valley Fair

About the role

Join Beyond Yoga at Westfield Valley Fair as a part‑time Retail Supervisor. You will lead a small team, drive sales, and create an inviting, community‑focused store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase traffic and improve key performance indicators such as conversion, units per transaction and average ticket.
• Deliver a hospitality‑driven customer experience, using deep product knowledge to connect with shoppers and convert visits into sales.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s ethos and maximize sell‑through.
• Manage daily operations including inventory replenishment, compliance with policies, and store safety.
• Recruit, onboard and train a diverse, high‑performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in apparel or active‑wear.
• Proven ability to manage teams, operations and customer experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong appreciation for wellness, inclusivity and the Beyond Yoga lifestyle.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 40 lb and navigate the sales floor.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for store needs.
