About the role

The University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville is seeking a part‑time Nursing Clinical Instructor to support its nursing program. Working closely with full‑time faculty, you will guide students through clinical experiences, ensuring they meet learning outcomes and develop competent nursing practice.

Key responsibilities

• Assist full‑time faculty in delivering clinical instruction under direct supervision.
• Follow college, program, and clinical facility policies and procedures.
• Arrive punctually for all scheduled clinical sessions.
• Create a learning environment that promotes achievement of course objectives.
• Select patient assignments that enhance student growth while staying within scope of practice.
• Apply appropriate evaluation methods to assess student performance.
• Complete student performance evaluations and submit grades promptly.
• Consult with full‑time faculty when corrective actions are needed.

• Current enrollment or employment within the University of Arkansas System (including student employees and graduate assistants).
