Part-Time Leasing Professional (San Francisco)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Leasing Professional to join the team at The Martin in San Francisco. You will be the front‑line representative of the community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, negotiate lease terms, and secure new leases.
• Manage lease renewals and maintain strong resident relationships to improve retention.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records in leasing software and ensure compliance with community policies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing or property‑management experience.
• Availability to work Monday, Friday, and Saturday, 9 AM‑6 PM.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite leasing platform.
• Familiarity with Knock marketing tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
