About the role
Greystar is seeking a part‑time Leasing Professional to join the Dane Park North community in Garland, Texas. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to move‑in.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
- Inspect apartments prior to resident occupancy to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
