Part-Time Key Holder at Mall of America

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Key Holder to join the team at the Mall of America store in Bloomington, MN. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create a memorable shopping experience by supporting sales, merchandising, and daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and proper key management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product selection.
• Support visual merchandising by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining store presentation.
• Coach and train team members on Levi’s selling practices and store policies.
• Assist with inventory handling, product replenishment, and floor set‑up.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive sales targets and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, climb ladders, and move continuously throughout the shift.
• Positive, open‑minded attitude with a passion for fashion and the Levi’s brand.
• Willingness to follow store policies and directives from management.
