Part-time Household Manager & Family Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive part‑time Household Manager and Family Assistant to support our busy family of five in Georgetown, Texas. The role runs four afternoons per week, providing flexible support for school pickups, household organization, errands, and light meal preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage afternoon school and activity pickups for three children, including transportation to and from camps and lessons.
• Oversee children’s after‑school routines, chore charts, and homework completion.
• Maintain household organization systems, daily resets of high‑traffic areas, and seasonal clothing swaps.
• Run errands such as grocery shopping, prescription pickups, dry cleaning, and donation drops.
• Prepare fresh fruit and vegetable snacks and assist with grocery selection focusing on quality and organic options.
• Coordinate vendor visits, home‑renovation access, and obtain quotes for repairs.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable personal transportation and a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
