Part Time Food Prep Specialist

About the role

The Part‑Time Food Prep Specialist supports daily food service and catering events across the University of Arkansas Pulaski Technical College campuses. Working under the Director of Campus Dining and Events, you will ensure high‑quality food production for on‑site dining locations and off‑site events.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for the North Little Rock and South campus dining locations.
• Execute catering operations for campus events, including off‑site venues such as the Business and Industry Center and the Aviation location.
• Travel between campus sites as required to meet event schedules.
• Follow recipes, safety, and sanitation standards consistently.

Required profile

• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions and recipes.
• At least one year of experience in institutional cooking or a Certificate in Basic Food Preparation from a regionally accredited institution.
