Part-Time Adult Education Instructor (28 hrs/week)

About the role

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton seeks a part‑time Adult Education Instructor to join its Adult Education facility in Conway. Working 28 hours per week across daytime and evening slots, you will help adult learners achieve personal and professional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instruction to adult students in basic academic skills, digital literacy, and financial literacy.
• Prepare learners for GED® certification and WAGE™ certification programs.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet diverse learner needs.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with the Director of Adult Education on program improvements.
