About the role
The Parking Services Liaison provides front‑line customer service for the University of Arkansas parking operations, acting as the primary point of contact for students, staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to parking‑related inquiries via phone, email and in‑person interactions.
- Assist customers with permit issuance, renewals and violations.
- Coordinate with the Parking Services team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Attention to detail and reliable record‑keeping.
