Packaging Operator – Beer Production

About the role

Packaging Operators are the final checkpoint ensuring that high‑quality beer leaves the brewery on schedule. In this role you will operate kegging, canning and bottling lines, maintain a clean environment, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate high‑speed packaging equipment for kegging, bottling, and canning according to the daily schedule.
• Maintain a sanitary work area and follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safety guards.
• Use a forklift responsibly to move pallets and kegs, with on‑site training provided.
• Record production amounts in logs, stamp lot numbers, and inspect finished packages for defects.
• Communicate with brewers and logistics to prioritize packaging orders and adjust schedules as needed.

Required profile

• Prior experience in beverage packaging (required); brewing knowledge is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 + years old.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as production demands.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• High‑speed manufacturing equipment operation.
• Basic computer skills for logging production data.
• Knowledge of brewing technology and processes.
