Outpatient Pharmacist (SUP)

About the role

Responsible for providing pharmaceutical services in an outpatient setting, including reviewing physician orders, dispensing medications, and delivering drug information to patients and healthcare professionals. The role follows established procedures to ensure safe and effective medication use.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify physician medication orders.
• Dispense prescription drugs accurately and efficiently.
• Provide drug information and counseling to patients.
• Offer medication guidance to other health professionals.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Active Licensed Pharmacist (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required.
• Clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
