Outlet Runner – Golf Food Service

About the role

The Outlet Runner is responsible for opening and closing golf food outlet stations, keeping them organized, stocked, and delivering the Discovery Land Company experience to members and guests. This position supports golf staff and outlet attendants during busy periods and ensures food safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close all golf food outlets daily.
• Maintain neat, organized, and well‑stocked outlet stations.
• Store food and beverages according to safety guidelines and handle deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Assist staff during peak times, taking on‑course orders and relaying them to the kitchen.
• Track food items on weekly Outlet Tracking Sheets.
• Perform simple food preparation tasks and greet members formally.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Previous hospitality or resort experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational and customer‑service abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate member needs.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours as needed.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lb for extended periods.
